The inception of the Cozy Cottages Fund began in 2007 while working on a 600-acre development; the idea was to create a viable living space on a minimalist aesthetic while being environmentally sensitive and be uncompromising in our approach.

Our fund currently offers an array of residential community dwellings based on income; it is our stand that comfort, convenience, and security be accessible to everyone.

This investment fund is an alternative to traditional development in that every residence is designed to flow with our natural and economic environment. To the investor, it also utilizes various tax and investment credits, yielding a higher return on their investment. To the consumer, it reduces the carbon footprint and the operational cost of living; making it more affordable to everyone that acquires or leases one of our homes.
