Scope: We operated as a capital management and financial analyst for the client by restructuring their existing SBA – 7a loan into a new SBA 7a loan; to include acquiring the adjacent building and parking lot that had been leased for several years. The acquisition of the new building added $1.2 million to the client’s real estate portfolio as well as brought $500,000.00 in operating capital to the client, which allowed them to restructure and payoff some outstanding debt.
